Digital CT scanning allows us to cover the lower jaw, upper jaw, as well as the maxillary sinuses. Within minutes, a three-dimensional image of the patient's bones and gums is obtained. This enables precise diagnosis of disease processes (e.g., inflammation), as well as assessment of bone quantity and quality in the case of planned implant treatment. The tomograph in our clinic is calibrated with the digital libraries of implants we use, which allows virtual implantation in front of the patient's eyes right after the examination. This allows the patient to understand the planned treatment process and take an active part in it.
